If your like me who loves sweet yogurt boxes but don't like it very sweet, the this is the recipe for you. This is an easy, affordable and quick recipe which goes well with the summer heat.
Ingredients -
Mangoes Cubes - 1 Cup Frozen or Fresh
Yogurt - 1 & 1/2 Cup
Honey - 2 tbsp
Recipe -
In a food processor or a blender add the fruit, yogurt and honey and mix until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a container and leave in fridge for at least 4 hours before you scoop a generous spoon full for you.
Do not cut the honey in this recipe as it helps in keeping the yogurt smooth and not lumpy after it freezes.
Any fruit with high fiber content will work in this recipe. My personal favorites are strawberries, peaches and plain vanilla.
