Easy Peasy French Bread Pudding - Microwave Version

This is a simple yet satisfying dessert which can be enjoyed as a single serving breakfast too.

Ingredients -

2 eggs

4 tbsp of milk

3 slices of bread ( you can use any sandwich bread slices for this.)

1 tbsp honey / maple syrup

1/8th tsp salt

Recipe -

Take a microwavable bowl and crack your eggs and give a nice whisk to it. Add in your milk and honey / maple syrup and stir well. You can also add 2 tbsp of sugar if you do not want to use maple syrup or honey.

Once all ingredients are mixed well, add your bread pieces. Make sure your bread is torn into bite size pieces. and mix everything well. Let it sit for a couple of minutes for the bread to soak up all the custard.

Microwave the bowl for 2 minutes or till your eggs are cooked. You can garnish it with more maple syrup or keep it simple.
